Through theory and hands-on exercises you get acquainted with distribution functions, basic methods, how to set up a mathematical model for the measurement method, how to set up an uncertainty budget, and how to report the test results.

The course introduces you to terms and methods within validation of software for laboratory use, and enables you to validate software in accordance with “Guidance for the management of computers and software in laboratories with reference to ISO/IEC 17025/2005” from eurolab.
